There is the modern grain elevator equipped by hi-tech equipment designed for cleaning, drying, and storage of oilseeds and grain crops. The company grain elevator is intended for providing the raw material - soybeans for own processing capacities of the plant, and for storage or distribution of oilseeds and grain crops with their processing, cleaning, drying, storage, and shipment.
The capacity of company grain elevator:
Simultaneous storage of grain – 45000 m3.
Grain cleaning - 300 t/h.
Drying of 45 t/h of soybeans with rreduction of moisture content on 4% (from 15% t0 11%), or 23 t/h of corn with reduction of moisture content on 14% (from 28% to 14%).
Grain receiving and shipment by railway (hopper wagons) - 150 t/h and 150 t/h, respectively.
Grain receiving and shipment by trucks - 300 t/h and 150 t/h, respectively.
The receiving or shipment of grain or company finished products is carried out by automotive or railway transports. The full length of 2 own railways is 1156 m, and effective length is 699 m.
Soybean purchasing and sales
The company buys the soybeans for further processing and/or for storage in own grain elevator.
The automation of the entire grain elevator, combined with the modern technological elevator equipment and effective silos ventilation, allows the long-term storage and subsequently shipment of the only high-quality oilseed and grain crops meeting the requirements of consumers.
The beneficial geographical location of processing plant creates the good conditions to export the soybeans and finished products to the neighboring countries by automotive or railway transports. The distance from the plant to the border of neighboring countries:

Production of Soybean Meal
The company produces and sells the Toasted Soybean Meal as Livestock Feed in granulated or not granulated shapes complies with the requirements of standard DSTU 4230:2003“Soybean meal as livestock feed. Technical Specification” .
Upon request of consumers, there are the following types of packing of toasted soybean meal:
In bulk (strewing) into trucks;
In bulk (strewing) into railway hopper wagons;
In bulk (strewing) into 20 feet or 40 feet sea containers;

Production of Soybean Hull as Livestock Feed
The technology of soybean seeds processing and oil extraction involves the formation of such nutritional products as the Soybean Hull, which is very rich in fiber and used in animal feeding.
The texture of soybean hull has the various different fractions, the bulk density of this product - is very low (0,2-0,25 t/m3) resulting in a high cost of its delivery to the consumers, therefore the company granulates this product (0,5 t/m3).
The packing of soybean hull is similar to the packing of toasted soybean meal.
